Tucked away in the Ouachita Mountains, just five minutes from downtown Hot Springs, we’ve been welcoming campers, travelers, and long-term residents who want a little slice of Arkansas living at its finest. Whether you’re rolling in for a weekend adventure or looking for a place to call home, you’ll find spacious shaded sites, friendly neighbors, and all the comforts you need to settle in and enjoy yourself. Right in the Heart of It All
Hot Springs is one of those places that just has something for everybody, and our park puts you right in the middle of it. Hot Springs National Park is practically in your backyard with thermal waters, scenic trails, and the iconic Bathhouse Row just minutes away. Downtown Hot Springs also offers plenty of options for great restaurants, local shops, and year-round entertainment. When you’re ready to get out on the water, Lake Hamilton and Lake Ouachita are close by for boating, fishing, and full days in the sun. And if you’re feeling lucky, Oaklawn Casino is just down the road. No matter what kind of trip you’re planning, our nearby page has everything you need to make the most of your time in the area.

Our community is safe, well-kept, and friendly, with full hookups, no electric charges, on-site laundry, Wi-Fi, and a clubhouse where neighbors can get to know each other.
